About

I am a New York State-licensed psychotherapist in private practice in Brooklyn. I facilitate a process of thinking and speaking about your life, with the goal of alleviating suffering and changing your relationship to painful symptoms. I work with people to meaningfully address issues such as anxious or depressed states, shame, relationship concerns, self-sabotaging behaviors, creative or career inhibitions, identity questions, and traumatic experiences. I received my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice, and completed an intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training Program. I am currently an advanced candidate in the Psychoanalytic Training Program at the Contemporary Freudian Society.
