About
I am a New York State-licensed psychotherapist in private practice. I offer a space to think and speak freely about your life, with the aim of easing suffering and fostering lasting change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable in their daily lives, yet find themselves returning to familiar patterns in relationships, work, or their sense of themselves without fully understanding why.
I am drawn to the richness of people’s inner lives. Again and again, I’m struck by how much our thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating begin to make sense when they’re understood in the context of our unique histories and relationships. Being invited into that process with another person is something I consider a privilege.
I received my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice, and completed an intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training Program. I am currently an advanced candidate in the Psychoanalytic Training Program at the Contemporary Freudian Society.
